A FRESH START
This century home near Gage Park in Hamilton hadn’t been touched in decades when its potential was spotted by a young couple expecting their second set of twins. Needless to say, they needed more storage and open plan living and we were able to create both by removing a key wall in order to relocate the kitchen to be more central. This relocation also allowed for the addition of a mud room and powder room with plenty of storage by the back door. On the second floor, a small bedroom was repurposed to become an ensuite bath and laundry room and the bedrooms received fresh drywall and new flooring.
